community bathrooms suck

Has anybody had to live in a dorm hall with community bathrooms when you suddenly develop a case of dirrhea? For girls it sucks. Everytime I try to go to the bathroom there is another fricken girl in there and I have to hold it in till she leaves. hahahah

aww you poor thing...I would just let it go...she probably doesn't know who's in the next stall anyways??

it is still weird tho. I mean I went from a private bathroom at home to a public one. I don't care if my family hears me, but complete strangers. Its nerve racking.

I hated sharing a bathroom in college. In addition to having to sometimes wait in line, we had guys get drunk and vomit all over the place.

yea it never gets like that for us in the girls dorm. but my friend has told me how it sucks in the guys halls

This is hilarious! too bad i didnt catch it sooner, but yea it does suck ... but then again me and all the girls pretty much on my floor all became really close and when one of us had to go we just let it go and then sometimes we would all end up in there together .... yea ya know the "potty parties" lol ... good times i just moved out today and i miss all them ... CANT WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN IN AUGUSt! :D

I hated sharing a bathroom. I have my own bathroom now because I share an apartment on campus but I will be getting another roomate soon. I always turned on the tub when I went and then after that got in the shower.

Hi, apanda88. Welcome to myLot! I used to stay on campus, but I don't think that I have ever developed the case of diarrhea before though. That is what I dislike about living around others. If I had to go through this, I would be very irritated. That is why I am so glad that if I choose to go to college, I will take classes online. So, just in case, I have to really use the bathroom really badly, at least I can use it while I am in the privacy of my own home. Using the bathroom, is a very private issue and I would feel awkward using the toilet while I am sick with a stomach issue.
