I'm very madness with my own computer(laptop) its so crash me down.. what solution must I take to fix it??? I need advices from you my friends

there are a 100 reasons for a computer to crash. to give any advice we atleast need a picture of what the problem exactly is?

If there's something wrong with your laptop that you didn't know the solution better let it fixed in computer repair shops or from where you purchased it. Maybe it has viruses or adwares that highjacks your laptop.
