Hi you have heard correct thing. EVDO from BSNL is best wireless connection available as on date. We have tested it in our office and colony area, it had good signal strength and good enough speed. The Pen drive type MODEM will cost Rs. 2500 and you can have unlimited access for Rs. 750 per month. As with all wireless connections this also has problem of low speed when too many users are online at same point of time.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, naturally the speed would decrease during peak time, but on an average how much speed do you get during these peak times? Do you know any site from where i can get more info on this?

It will speed up your internet speed! if you moblie phone or laptop with 3G net,you can download some big movies and videos with the fastest speed no matter where you are, city center or skewer the wild wood!So it a good choose if the unlimited internet user select 3G net in your mobile phone and laptop!

You can use BSNL Broadband EVDO Plan. Both are good. Airtel Broadband is also good but some coustly. If you paid above 1000.00 per month then you try Airtel Broadband. Otherwise BSNL is good

I have Airtel wi-fi currently, and it's pretty good. They have fast speeds and their rates are pretty affordable. And the speeds remain consistent, no matter what the time of day. The connection's pretty strong too, and the lines don't fail that often either. I'm not very sure about BSNL's schemes though, you should probably check them out first. Good luck!
