This is some great advice, but many people don't care for some of the vegetables on there. My husband and I both eat those kinds of foods daily, so to me its just a natural thing to know they are good for us. Its also good to get yourself in the pool for at least 1 hour a day, this helps also to burn off the fat.

i agree with this list, to add more, eat 5-6 small portion of meals a day and your meal should consist of macro-nutrients (protein, low-glycemic carbs and healthy fats), also add 15-30 min. cardio-exercise in your lose weight program..
