How do I get from the SFO airport to Alameda using public transportation?

I'm flying to SFO tomorrow to visit my friend in Alameda. It's gonna be a surprise visit so it would be inappropriate, of course, for me to call her to pick me up. So, how do I get to Alameda from the airport using public transportation like train, buses, etc? Does anyone know? My friend lives in Minturn Street.
