My uncle wants to pay some money through his NRE account to my paypal account. Is it possible for that in India? If yes, what is the procedure? I have a verified paypal account.

NRE stands for Non Residential External account. Its a type of account provided by almost all the Indian banks. This type of account is used by NRI(Non Residential Indians) to transfer their foreign money from their overseas bank accounts. If my uncle has to use his credit card, he has to create a paypal account to use the credit card for transferring the amount to my paypal account, right? Is my understanding correct?

well ya...only paypal business account cant accept direct credit card payment from people ..however paypal allow to have one personal and one business account..you can setup business account but sure that will be fuss cause sometimes paypal ask to verify your business by providing them your website and details..that would be fuss for sure.it would be much better if your uncle does wire transfer or use western union ..you can add fund into paypal by attaching your bank account or debit card .
