What is the best proven way to lose fat?

I have started to stop exercising lately because I have been so busy and i have gained some fat which makes me mad because now I have got to work very hard to lose it. I know some ways to lose fat but I would like to kno some that will burn a lot of fat off of my stomach.

im in a situation like you... a year ago i succeed lose 20 pounds , and i looked good with my new shape. but then i cant do exercises because of my activities.. and now i gain fat again.. a yar ago, i succeed lose 20 pounds by exercising, drinking juice, and eat vegetables in big portion.. that was really work. now im trying to do that again.. this afternoon i have a promise with my friend to jog in a militer yard.. heheh. hope that it can work

In my honest opinion, I think the best and proven way to lose fat is to exercise and eat regular portions. Don't super-size your food portions. Eat your vegetables. EAt your grains. Eat your fruit, dairy and fish. Go out for a run. Do yoga, Go to the gym and lift weights. Play soccer. Get active and eat healthy.

Try hot tea with lemon after every meal,acids helps alot to lose weight and it helps your metabolism too and walking is really great excercise..hope it'll help.

Exercise! I stopped exercising to and gained a few pounds. Long walks does actually help you lose weight immensely and when i say long walks i mean for up to 1hr 30mins everyday or every other day works to. Plus walking helps tone your legs and backside. Also don't forget that everything you eat counts so watch the calories! For girls when you try to loose weight remember that whatever unhealthy food goes into your mouth goes straight to your hips. Goodluck with the workout.

Right with the walking... Anything that's caridovascular is good for losing weight.
