i lose 15lbs in 1 month

Hi my lotters good evening i'm super overwhelmed about the improvement of my diet and exercise i lose over 15lbs in just one month and i'm planning to lose more to achieve again and maintain my 130 lbs, i gained weight for the past years and my heaviest was 160 i'm on my 135 right now i just want to be more healthier and my thighs and arms to be much leaner. How about you weight watchers have you been losing some too?

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

Wow well done on losing so much in a small amount of time. I never try diets because I know if I do I will fail miserably hehe. I am addicted to chocolate so it is impossible for me. Good luck with your diet, and remember to treat yourself once in a while.:)

to lose 15lbs in a month is great. I tell you the diet you cut must have weaken you as well and over that you do exercise. Do you want to believe yourself that you were healthy and comfortable. I dont think so. The best natural way to lose weight is (if it works out please tell me, so that I can charge you) eat as much gauvars (I am sorry I dont think the spelling is correct, anyway let me describe, it is green, when half ripped they it turns yellow. Has many small seeds. Hope you get it right. You have to keep yourself busy, dont be lazy. Do house work, garden and keep yourself happy. Continue this routine for about 10 days, you will look slim and healthy no after effects.

Great! Good for you! I am trying, but due to a brain tumor that was removed, I am limited on activity....can't move real fast or lift much weight..you know.... all the things you have to do to exercise and loose the weight! But I walk 30 minutes 3x a week as weather and things permit. Haven't done much good for me but I keep at it and watch what I eat. What did you do that helped you loose that much in a month? You must SHARE!!!

I am 112 lbs and my height is 158, my doctor says i have to reduce some 2 to 4 kilos to be very healthy and to feel lighter too, so I do my exercises every morning for thirty minutes and try to eat less food with a lot of calories.

Wow that's great. Congrats :D Its hard for me to lose some weight today. The only exercise that I can do is jogging and its harder to do that now since its starting to rain. But my goal is to lose about 10 to 15 Kg this year. I've gained that much since I started working 2 years ago so I want to remove that this year. Good luck to me.

I am fond of sweets so whenever I loose some weight after few days I come back to same weight ...but still I loose 3 kg with some medicine as well as diet control.
