Starting up of classes in all levels here in the Philippines is coming. Yet, indeed it is the hardest part of all the parents life especially for those who were in the lower income family. And a parent like me wanted their children to finished a degree even it takes a lot of money before they will achieve a diploma. But not all case of parents have the ability to enroll their children to college because of financial difficulties, that is the main reason why there are many out of school youth. If the parents cannot support their children is there any possible school or any possible way that may help them finish their college degree?

I think there should be scholarship from different companies which help people to study further when they do not have the financial capacities to do so, here we do have it, and people who cannot afford to pay the fees for the studies, the children can apply for a scholarship which pays all the fees.

Thanks for the response. We also have here a different scholarship program, as a matter of fact my two daughters are already enjoying it. But not all have the opportunity to have it because of their qualification. We are entitled to have it because i am working in the government. But how about the others who don't have the qualifications that they are looking for, it is hard to get in the university hoping to be qualified then after he fails to have it, the result is he could stop.

I do understand, so are there no such institutions which can help to finance some students who are willing to study further and get a good results? The government help people here who are willing to study without a qualification, they are given the opportunity to prove themselves and it is really great to me.

that's the reason why here in our country we have lots of out of school youth. I think the government should do something about this to lessen up the growth of poverty.
