SierraW17, I would't buy the 8gb! I have 1 and I don't have anymore space! When you have an Ipod Touch you really like to watch movies, listen music, watch you photos, go on facebook download games= you see this takes all some space so an 8gb isn't the best choice! Then the 32gb, I would go for this one. A 64 is to big but an 32 you still can manage your songs, your films, ... With a 64 you will not delete songs/movies often and so you will listen at songs who aren't the best anymore (very annoying) ofcourse it's up to you but I would go for 32, it's more expensive then the 8gb but I'm sure you wouldn't regret that!!!

The higher the GB means the capacity is higher. You make check your iTunes library and you'll see the size of your library at the bottom of iTunes. If it is like suoer high like more than 8GB then you should get the higher one. Ans also you may transfer movies, install applications and games which are very numerous. If the 8gb is enough for you then you get it already because it is the cheapest. You may also want to buy the next generation iPod Touch which would be released this september and for sure the features will be very much better than the current one (just like what happened to iPhone 4) or juet buy the current model but only the base model and later buy the next generation by selling your current one or just buying another because the 8gb is cheap already.

If you are going to put a lot on it, then you should probably have the biggest one. I only have the 8 gig, but I am not going to put music on it either, so I should be able to put page after page of apps. I have only begun to put games on mine, and I know I have lots of room, as the apps are small and don't take up a lot of room. I can't afford the biggest one as it is just to expensive, so for now I will just stick with my 8 gig one. It seems to be working for me know anyway. Take care, and happy mylotting.

It all depends on what you wish to do with your iPod touch. Do you plan on downloading music only or do you wish to be able to put movies on there also. If you are going to use if for movies then the 32gb or 64gb is a must. I would say that unless the cost is prohibitive, then get the larger one. This way you know you always will have storage space available.

are you going to use apps and movies a lot? because if you are you are going to need a lot of space so get the higher data storages. If just for music you will have enough music on an 8gb that will last you for days just to play every song. If you are undecided I would just get a 32gb just because its a lot and not too much just in case you decide to do more with the ipod.
