Dual OS and PTC sites = Harmful?

I have Windows XP and Ubuntu installed on my computer. Generally I'm using Windows XP for clicking ads on PTC sites. But when I'm using Ubuntu, I must restart my computer and return to XP for clicking ads. I was just too paranoid if I use different OS it will considered frauding. My question is, is it okay to use different OS for clicking on PTC sites? So Can I click ads on both Ubuntu and XP without worried to getting suspended? I'm still using one computer anyway. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the comment :) But I'm using dynamic IP from my ISP. Is it still okay?

If your IP address is the same no problem, not sure if Ubuntu will change your IP address. Maybe someone here can answer that , I know there's no change at all. Or you can check by typing "my Ip address" then you see what's your IP address for both OS .
