One of the said experts where right, the speech of the politicians from both senate and congress takes longer than the Proclamation itself. most specially that tiring speech of A. Pimentel, which made people feel pale during his speech as he mentioned the proclamation three times

i think i should be done who should feel more emotional here since my bet didn't win. but you know noy will surely give mar a job in his cabinet. it's mar's fault, how could he allow noy to be president when he's a lot better than him, legislatively, speaking
