what should i do if my manager suspect me saying her bad words to other people?

in fact, i didn't.but my colleague and i can not bear this kind of suspicion.what should i do?I have thought of the worst result--leave this company,but I am really unwilling to do this.

I think if you really can't bear and feel it's impossible to fix the relationship between you and your manager, you should ask the higher leader for changing to another department if this manager isn't the toppest, except this, the only other way is leave, I think.

I appreciate your suggestion very much.However,the problem in reality is not so easy to solve.Just like leaving--my recent job is not bad and I can work freely here ,so i don't do this if I have other choice;Asking higher boss to change the department is impossible and impractical--working in the sales department is my major's decision,if i shift to other department,it is difficult for me to work.i am so distressed and have a headache.

Try talking to your boss. It's better to inform him of you concern. If you leave the company, he would be more convince that his suspicion is right.

You really can't do anything. If your boss is bluntly accusing you then you can tell him/her outright that you didn't. Some people are just plain paranoid. They tend to blame people who have a lot of friends.
