Can You work under a lady Boss

I had a female boss one, but I can tell you that she is a very friendly woman. I admire her, she's also a very good mother. She can handle many things at the same time, in other words, she's a superb multitask-er. Not too mention that she's very professional. My current boss is male, but he's an easy-going person :D

ya its very strange working under a lady boss.I am working in company as a computer oprater and my boss is a Lady and in the beginning she was so sweet to me but as I started working under her I under her that she pertaining to be a good person.And now I am still working under her.Poor me..........

I don't see any problem working with a female boss. It could be because I am also a female. But I think, the age of the lady boss would matter. Sometimes, when a lady boss doesn't have a boyfriend yet and already at a later age, they seem to be moody. Young lady bosses are often cool and very nice to deal with.

I have worked with female boss for 2 years and it was a good experience. I found that females are more organized than us, they do things in proper way, perhaps this is something every women does.

i dont know about the others but i dont like bosses whether men or women i want to be my own boss and i am because i never work for any one , not doing and never do.

In my opinions, male and female boss are both OK. The most important thing is that she or he must have ability to do business and can lead us a correct road. Whatever she/he said and did must convince me. It is the good boss.
