Have you ever been abroad?

It was just a thought came to my mind.I saw mylot time is june09,2010,21:47 now But In china it's morning time june10,2010,10:52 AM; Have you ever been abroad? Could you deal with the jetlag,I think it's kind of diffcult one of my friend who is from mexico he said when if return to his country from China.He couldt sleep for two days.Unfortunately until now i dont have a chance go abroad.but i hope i will. So my question is have you ever been abroad,can you deal with anything happen to you? Weclome to spill your opinion thanks!

i'm from the philippines and i just came home from california a week ago. well, for me, jetlag's manageable. it's harder for me to deal with weather. especially when it's so different here and abroad. i hope you do go abroad someday. i'm sure you would love that! good day!

Yeah.Every country has different wether.It's a hard part too Thank you ,i think i will have opportunity go abroad

Usually, to overcome jetlag, after arrive the country of destination, I try to bask under the sun and let sunlight into the hotel room I was staying.

Sounds it's a good idea.Last time i told my friend just close the window and pretending he is still in his country,Now i see it's completely a wrong idea i tell him now..thanks.

I am in Chicago these days from last 45 days and seems that will be here for next 30 days. Initially I was also confused about the timing here in US and India but now everything is clear and I call home at the correct time:)

Yes i have bee, time is differeent in diff places, depending upon the latitude and longitude, for big countries, they divide in to differnt time zones, you have to adjust your watch accordingly but to tune the biological clock in our brain it takes time..
