Trying to cheer up in sad moments in life.

Hi all, We all might have face the sad times in our life. At that moment nothing seems right throughout. But you still feel, that something has to be done to cheer up at that moment. What you all think is the best way to do that ??? Any suggestions.

When I feel sad, I watch movies or television in my room while eating ice cream, cakes or anything sweet.

Whenever I feel so down and depressed in life, I prefer to read something, a novel probably because this helps me to enter a different character and go through them so that I can forget my suffering for a little bit. Music is soothing too.

There are times that we really felt sad and moody. One thing you can do to cheer yourself and changed moods is,listening to you favorite music. Or watch some funny movies. Strolling at the park can be a great help too. Or,if you are near beach,it is so relaxing to hear the waves and people playing at the shore.

i will try to spill out everything to my best friend..not actually all the things but i would share will her..doing that will make me feel better..maybe i will watch movies and online..hang out will be great...and i will try to stop thinking bout it ...
