Do you eat fruits alongwith your food?

I like to eat fruits. I will add it whenever i will have meal. The intake of food will be less and fruits will be more. I heard it will give more energy and vitamins. Fruits contains antioxidants which keeps us healthy. Fruits balance our diet. What is your opinion? Share with me.

It is true that fruits are good for our health. But,there is a proper time and way for eating fruits with our meal. Fruits contains natural acid and enzymes that makes it easier to digest than cooked foods. So,when we eat fruits,we must eat it one hour or more before having our meal. In this process,the fruits enzymes are already digested by our system,and when we eat cooked foods,the enzymes are ready to digest the cooked foods that we intake. Cooked foods doesn't contain any enzymes so,the fruits that we have eaten will help the cooked food to be digested easily.

Hi GardenGerty, Sure if i am there i will come to your house and i want to see your Garden, once you uploaded you Garden photo, i saw it, it was just beautiful. You are lucky to have fresh food. I have only some of the vegetable creepers, only those we get fresh all other i have to buy from market. Thanks for sharing. Have a nice day.

I know it's very bad but I don't eat that much fruit really. I honestly prefer vegetables to fruit and fruit can be so expensive at times too. My father in law eats atleast four pieces of fruit per day and I wish I could do it but I do't find it to be very satisfying or filling.
