htc or 02 PDA are best?

Both the o2 and Htc Mobile are used windows operating system, i think O2 is better than the Htc mobile in case of their performance but O2 Mobile are less cost effective than O2 Mobile. The o2 PDAs are nice in look and has more internal memory. the windows os on mobiles are more usefull than symbian os, can handle windows applications and the web browsing is awesome.
