Ever thrown a drink on someone?

:) I've seen it on TV, read about it, watched it in the movies. The classic scene where the girl throws a drink on the guy who's being a jerk, or on the other girl who's being quite the pain. I have wanted to do it myself, but I haven't had the opportunity yet! Has anyone thrown a drink in someone's face? What was the situation leading up to it? And most importantly, how much fun was it? :D

I have never thrown a drink on someone on purpose. I used to be a coctal waitress though and one night I tripped and spilled a drink all over a customer I was so embarrassed and she was really mad. I can't remember what the drink was I do remember it was a clear drink but that is about all.

Aw, that's sad. :( It was a mistake though, she shouldn't have been mad, it's not like you tripped near her on purpose.

now I have. My ex boyfriend (boyfriend at the time of spillage) made plans to have dinner with me at a restaurant, not too fancy but still needed reservations. Well he called to say he was not really feeling well and I do not do well with cancelling on people, especially reservations at a restaurant. I asked one of my friends (girl) to go to dinner with me and she was down with it. We arrived and only to find out that the reservation was fulfilled, not cancelled. So, I inquired about what that meant and they said it meant the person who made the reservation is here. I asked where here was, and they showed me (I said I was the rest of the party, and they said there were already 2 people there). I thought it would be someone inpersonating us or something, but no...it was him with his ex girlfriend. Long story (yes it does get longer) short, I took the water and asked him if there was something in it and I took that opportunity to throw it up into his face and I left. A few stalker phone calls from him later, the relationship ended itself.

I've seen this scene on television a lot too. I think it's fun to watch when it is in a drama or something but I think it's a little rude if you throw your drink in someone's face in real life. There might be appropriate times to do it though. Like if you are in a club and you find you boyfriend or your friend's boyfriend kissing another girl, you can throw a drink in his face.

I have never thrown a drink on another person, but someone once did it on me When I was a nursing student one of the patients threw a drink on me. She was suffering from dementia and she didn't understand what that we were just trying to help her. One day while I was talking to her she got very angry and she grabbed her glass and threw her drink on me. Fortunately it happened just before my shift was over, so I could go down and change my clothes.

My brother's friend came home one day and well we are all friends with him and he likes to play pranks a lot so one day while talking and having a toast together, not in front of my parents but only with friends, I threw my coke on him, not directly on his face though, he got it all over his neck, tie, shirt. We started laughing because we all did not expect this at all. It was a part of a joke for all of us as he likes to do it with us too.

Haha that sounds like so much fun ! I think if I threw a drink on a friend, even if they were a prankster, they wouldn't be so good natured about it :)

Hi, pooja30. No. I have never thrown a drink on anyone at all. I have not been given the opportunity to do something like this. For me to have to throw a drink at someone, that had to have pissed me off very badly.

I never been in an occasion that require me to act like that. So I don't know whether I'll do it or not. But if I were totally pissed off at that time, it might be possible. My friend did that once on her cheating husband when she caught him with a girl enjoying dinner. But it's not water that she throw, it's soup on that table. It's a good thing for him that the soup was warm.

I was so tempted to to do this to do this before but it never materialized. I guess I just don't have the nerves to go through the whole drama and get everyone's attention.

Same here. I don't think I'd ever be able to throw one in someone's face, but I really really want to try it someday. :p

Throwing something up on someone's face is disrespectful according to me. Yes, if that person is a jerk we will surely get angry at that person but throwing our drink on him doesn't solve the problem, does it?

Yap, its too funny when a girl throw drink in a boy's face, But this situation is most of when girl is too angry with that guy so she cannot feel soo funny so better try on friend or family.take a glass with water and throw water to his/her face. But there's one catch, guess what? Get ready for response. :D

my sister and i have done that to each other but it was summer and the idea really was to get each other wet because it as a game. i will not do that however to humiliate anybody, it's too dramatic and my parents would be so ashamed of me and that's the last thing i want.
