It has been such a stressful week at work. All work and no play is definitely not good so I am thinking of doing something fun this weekend. Something that would take my mind off from work. I really want to relax and unwind but here's the thing. I'm on a budget so I can't spend that much. Can you give me practical tips and suggestions to relieve stress without having to splurge? I would really appreciate your response.

You could perhaps have a relaxing day at home starting with a warm bath with some lavender oil inside it. Then you could sit in your garden drinking a fruit cocktail. In the afternoon you could play some music and do some gentle dancing to the tunes. In the evening you might like to look through some photos. If you wish to go on maybe you would like a picnic in the countryside or a walk along the coastline. I thinking walking is a way to take away the stress. If you have a bike you could go off cycling. I used to take my bike on a short train ride then cycle along the coastline. On a bike the stress all falls off I know.

That sounds like a good way to relieve stress without having to spend much. I might try talking a long walk in the park. Thanks for your response.
