you have unhealthy meal time, so what makes you busy why you wake-up late? i eat 6 small meals a day with time spacing of two and in half or three hour, i follow strict diet to maintain my fit..happy mylotting!
Well, I am not proud of they way I eat. People might consider it unhealthy. I wake up early around 6am but do not have any appetite to eat breakfast. I only take coffee. I eat lunch at around 12 noon and dinner at 6 or 7 pm.

I eat my breakfast at 8am with a cup of high tea, lunch at 1pm, then again snacks at 5pm with tea, lastly i eat supper at 8.30pm, i never eat heavy..
