my 5-year old niece died last week because of dengue.. it was so sudden.. everybody thought, it was just a normal fever and she is already ok.. until, she would not eat and was complaining for a tummy ache.. my cousin brought her to the hospital.. it was too late when they found out that her platelet count is too low... anyway, today was the burial... i noticed that they covered the burial not just with photographs but also videos... made me think, if i die, my family dont need to have a video documentation of my burial... who would view it anyway... i personaly wouldnt want to view a video of a sad part of my life... specially when everybody is grieving.. it will just bring back the pain.. they will just probably sit the copy of the video somewhere in the house after.. i dont really know... what do you think?

They will jut bring back memories but as a time goes by the pain will be lesser and then the time comes that they will now forget the pain they once feel.

hi juicekodai.for me this is not good cos watching someone u love in this moment of grieving made me sick.. even pictures are not good for my own opinion.. memories of our love ones who passed away will stay in our hearts as long as we live and nothing can replace them even pics or videos.. they will just let the pain came evrytime u look in these...

Juice, condolence to you and her family. About burial video documentation, I am also not in favor of that. I don't want to save or remember a sad moment in my life. And I don't want to watch a video of a sad moment, especially a video of a burial. Yah, it will just bring back the pain. In my family, it is not practice. I do agree with you.
