The famous Rapper Dewayne Michael Carter Jr. Was incarcerated on March 8th. 2010 for illegal possession of a firearm, and drug possession. He was sentenced to a year in prison, to be served on Rikers Island. After less then a month in jail, The rapper was caught with contraband, headphones, a charger, and an mp3 player, which may set back his 8 month release date for good behavior. Lil Wayne announced before he was incarcerated that after his release he would finish and release a new album, The Carter IV. I believe after his sentence in jail, where he doesn't have much to do but serve his time and come up with new lyrics, will be one of his best.

I have to agree with you on this. I may not be a huge fan of Lil Wayne but while just sitting in a jail cell all day must be boring and you must incounter a lot of things to thing about and even write about. He must see a lot of things going on in there and must write down being an artist in all. He is going to have so many songs to fullfill an album with and a lot of songs that are going to mean something to him and probably a lot of other people as well. He is going to have a lot of meaning in his songs about his life in the past year. It might be a heartfelt album for him and he probably will have a lot of sales as he has so many fans out there.
