I know most of us don't, but what if you were dead tired and don't have the energy to change? I know a friend of mine, who sleeps even in her party clothes, if she is too tired. I would change no matter how tired, as I feel irritated to sleep in the clothes worn all day, and so uncomfortable. How about you guys?

With reference to your main question, I honestly dont sleep in my work clothes. I see to it, that, no matter how tired I am, I will still change my clothes before going to bed for sleep. Just like you, I also feel uncomfortable. Thank you.

Yup comfort-ability is essential, and yeah, the feeling of sleeping in dirty clothes would do no good to sleep.

I agree. The only time I have slept in the clothes I have worn for the majority of the day is if I'm feeling very sick. Most of the time though, I do change my clothes because I feel it's gross to have all the grim from the day contaminate my bed. Who wants to sleep in dirt?

I don't sleep in my party or work clothes.it's bothersome.I prefer to sleep in cotton tank top and shorts.even if I'm too tired or drunk,I still force myself to open my eyes, brush my teeth, and take a shower.I cannot sleep with all the make-up and dirt in my face and my body.

No i don't sleep in my work dress. Because i really feel so uncomfortable when i wear my working dress in my room. When i come back my room my first job is change my cloths and fresh up. It does not matter how much i tired.

a party clothes, office uniform or any working clothes its so uncomfortable sleeping,i feel irritated and can not sleep well i rather sleep with my underwears rather than sleep on with days clothes.no matter how tired i am i'd rather take a warm shower and put on a loose clothings then have a sweet, tight sleep ready for tomorrows work.

Nope, I would never do that. I can only sleep well if I am comfortable and feel fresh, and I do neither if I sleep in work clothes.

I really change when I am going to sleep no matter how tired and sleepy I am, that's my rule. I hate the smell of the clothes when worn out at sleep

I don't sleep in my working or party clothes... Even I'm so tired when I had a clinical duty in the hospital I still change my clothes because I feel that when I sleep with my duty clothes I feel that all the bacteria I've got from the hospital can transfer to my bed... :)

Oh, well yeah, just the feeling of working in a hospital and changing would make me sick. Thanx 4 responding.

I've never slept in my work clothes. I love changing into "comfy clothes" as soon as I get home from work no matter how late it is. This is why I never sleep in them. Plus, I feel like my work clothes are dirty so I don't want to sleep in them and feel dirty while I'm sleeping or get my bed dirty.

i dont sleep with my party or work clothes i find it itchy and not comfortable to sleep with, if im too tired, maybe i will just take them off while in bed and i will rather sleep with just undies than with those clothes.
13 Jun 10
No. That would be so disgusting. I never touched my bed whenever I come home from work. It feels like all the germs are on my working clothes and I don't want it to be carried or contaminated when I am all cleaned up for bed.

I try not to, but sometimes there's just those days. You're driving home and all you can think about is going home, curling up with your pets, and falling asleep on your bed. There is no option for an in between. :P
