It seems that I am addict to this site now. To tell you frankly I was not an avid fan of facebook before. I think it's a waste of time to stay longer on the site. Not only facebook but lots of social networking that don't pay to their user but when I transfer here in Middle East, this is one way of communicating to my love ones in our country. All of my friends are always their and I take the opportunity also to introduce my programs online and I convince already some to joined. Wow, facebook also can be use to network mylot.
Now I can say I will not close my facebook browser until I close my laptop. This social networking site help me in one way or another.

That's true friend. Through facebook, I had a chance to communicate with my old friends. We saw each other on that site for after 20 years. And chatting there and commenting on their post is our way to bond with each other again. I've met new friends too. And you well know that I'm addicted on their applications. Chat with you later..LOL...now you know why sassy and I are addicted to that site. I won't be surprised if I see you playing farmville or mafia wars...etc...

Yes friend, before you and sassy always mention about FB although I am a member many years ago but not active. I experience now how important FB to alot of people who are separated by distance like me. I saw many application on the site and some of them already ban. The only thing I am not addicted to their feature is playing a game because for me it's a waste of time, instead I used it to post comment or my discussion here in mylot.

I agree with your opinion because until now never play any game on FB. It's a waste of time for me spending alot of time without anything in returned. Unlike mylot you will be compensated if you make alot of activities here.

Hi dhangski: I have met some friends in other parts of the country that have the same musical passion thanks to Facebook and we have also the oportunity to meet each other so I can understand your statement. In my case I've stopped playing FB games because I feel it was just a waste of time, my opinion. Thanks for sharing with us your opinion. Have a nice day.

Not only you many others including me are addicted to it. Facebook have more than 90 million(the number might be little outdated) active users. It have appealing interface and some pretty nice features of commenting on just every other thing, like it, responding directly by mail etc. It is just fun to use and entertaining.
It is so addictive that some companies tries to use different methods of keeping their workers away from it to get better results as the workers are reported or caught of surfing facebook at the time of work.
So now a days I am trying to give other things little bit more time so that it should not influence other things.

hi july. i have been using facebook too, to encourage my friends there to join me here on mylot. although some gets interested, i do not have much referrals so far. but i do not frequently visit facebook cause i give more concentration on mylot.

Hello Hulyo baby..hope you'r always doing fine there i your new world. Like you before I ignored this social site knowing that it would be just a waste of time hanging on it. But I never thought on this site (FB) i could find almost of my known relatives and former classmates and former friends..I think I owed a lot on this site (FB). I PM you on another system that would gives you another interesting features on this site. I hope you already got what I PM you on mylot...see it for your self man!!!

Anyway, I am thankful I discover this site been useful after I arrived here in my new world. LOL This site helps me alot in searching for the truth. I mean, the truth of being alone. If you are connected to FB, you won't felt that you're alone. When I arrived here I am alone, from the plane to Middle East. I don't have any colleagues so it was very sad. I also stayed in my room always because I can't mingle yet to the people because I am afraid to them. LOL

:) Same here. I guess the word addicted is just appropriate to describe how much I use Facebook for various reasons - some are shallow reasons though , like , for gaming purposes. I'd say I'm addicted to a lot of Zynga games, but I also play other games such as MyTown and MyTribe.

Commitment matters in what onces is doing, facebook has help many in bussiness,locating friends, finding lovers,international friendly and so on, depending on what u want,what you need will determine how you go about facebook but the site/network is good.

Yes you are right. It depends on the individual purpose why he/she joined Facebook. FB is very helpful in in all things you mention. We are thankful for this technology that comes into our lives.

i just love facebook because it is a one way of communicating your old friends. i sometimes post some updates in our group account in regards with the activities that we are planning to do. i love playing farmville before at FB but now no more ever since i become busy with this earning money online. but still i am happy to be part of facebook because i sometimes post some important matters in my account.

Hi july teen: I'm not a big fan of Facebook (even if I had some periods of time where I open my account a lot of times in the same day) but you can't deny that it really helps you to communicate with the world. I think it's an easy way to stay alert to what the persons you love are doing so it's great that you can talk to them now that you are in the Middle East. Thanks for sharing with us your experience. I consider myself not a big fan because I didn't used some of their features like playing games and any other. I used only for chat sometimes but mostly messaging to my family, friends and colleagues. I am force to do so because I am away from home and FB is very helpful to keep in touch with my family and friends.

I am also into FB to keep in touch with people we know. It's a great site, but after reading their status and responding to some, what do you do next? I am not into playing games there, so I just move on and go to other sites like Mylot. I don't stay very long in FB.

This social networking is very fun if most of your friends also include in this site. You know it when you have no friend to interact with, it's just no fun at all. now that facebook has a lot of user registered, and I can say, in my country almost everyone has a facebook account, it makes facebook is very helpful to us.

Before friendster is very known to our country and we are the No.1 user of Friendster in whole Asia but now it is change. When you mate you old friends or new friends you will always ask, Do you have Facebook account. It means it's commonly know in our country even kids know about it. Thumbs up to FB.

lol this is true I think facebook is great =] you should get them to come over here to mylot. Cause then you can communicate as well as gain money for all of your friends and family ^_^
