Places to visit

My brother will be travelling through 4 or 5 countries in europe and he wants to know the places he should pin point before he starts his visit .
Okay here are the countries :
1. Canada ( not in europe but still tell me a few places that are worth visiting 0
2. France ( i know nothin except for the Eiffel tower 0
3. Germany
4. Belgium
5. Italy
Please also tell me any other countries which are included in the schangen visa that he can visit .

I cannot say much about the countries you mention, but it is rather easy to make a search and see if he finds something that he is interested in. Well, in France they have the European Disneyland and Provence is said to be a nice place.. 
If he likes the nature, I would recommend northern Scandinavia. The midnight sun is visible at and above the Arctic Circle around summer solstice, and the tourist offices can give suggestions for interesting places to visit.
