how to format symbian based nokia mobile phones?

the soft format the nokia phones is by the restore factory settings. the soft formats not deeply format the symbian based nokia phones. the hard formats will clear all the user data from mobile, it is useful than soft formats. but don't knows the keys for that. if you knows, share with me. thanks..........

The best way to format it is, bring to the phone to a qualified cellphone technician and have it formatted using JAF box and software. It's the one I recommend. For lower version of Nokia, have them formatted using Tornado UFS-box and software.
