get is why others would promote this as FREE when there was a membership fee of $125 AND you could not get paid without at least 3 referrals. Does this sound free to you???? I dont like sites that you MUST have referrals to get paid anyway. Everyone knows how hard it is to get referrals right? So.... did you fall for this site?

No, I didn't fall for it. For two reasons. First of all, it would be illegal in a lot of states to do this. Second, one of the biggest companies doing this is run by a well known scammer, indicted on charges of fraud in the past. third, it is just plain Orwellian...ya know.."big brotherish". If I ever caught someone on the street copying my license plate down, they'd probably be in for a fight.

Thats exactly what my husband said when I told him about this program!!! It made me feel weird too following people around to get their plates. Someone pitched this program to me and the whole time I kept thinking "why would a company need our plates?". I did not hear anything else after that.

The guy I mentioned was doing it under the guise of "it was to help locate missing kids in abduction cases". BULLSHYTTE. The DMV already has this information on record if the need to locate a vehicle ever comes up. I can't think of a single legitimate reason to do this. Anyway, yeh, I'd stay far clear of this. Even if in a state where it is legal, your still risking a fight if you do it to the wrong person, lol.

To bring kids into the pitch, now thats a really low blow, even for a scammer.
