Do you have some workmate, he said he was your friend, but actually he is not?

I think we all meet such man in work place, right? Someone is really kind only when there is no interest conflict with him. I have a story, it's about my supervisor. He knows nothing about a computer technique. If you ask me: are you sure? I will say: Oh dude I am pretty sure. And that's the guy who gives me "instructions". What can I do when most of the time he is wrong and what he says doesn't make any sense. I cannot even do my job, and when I try to listen and try to make a good sense of it, I have to ask questions, but unfortunately this man cover what he writes in paper and tell me to shut up. That's my story, I don't even want to spend time to write my story, because I have to find another job and the story would be very long, since I have been working there for one and half years. I really think myself as adorable and smart young man, because I can tolerate this for such a long time, and of course I have been hurting myself for that long time. But think about it I can work and survive for 1 and half years with that man I finally hate but didn't at start. He is a nasty man. I will tell you guys later. Who else share story would be appreciated.

My Finace' have this very very stupid supervisor at work. She talks big, and all kind of annnoying thing. There was one time she asked him to manage the overtime schedule for the next week... and you see he was very busy, he works in garage, he does a cashier. customers were coming in and out. And as a supervisor, this task was supposed to be hers. My fiance' is a very kind person (but sometimes I do tell him not to be too kind as people will take advantage on him - you know what I mean). Then as soon as he completed the task, he submitted it to her and you know what she said, "Oh sorry, but actually there is no overtime to fill for next week". Without even looking at his face, she walked away. Huh! When my fiance' was telling me that story, my blood was boiling! And then at the garage, one of the fuel stand was broken for 3 and a half months already. It was a busy day that day, many customers..people waiting in line, and my fiance' was very busy. And you know what happened? She came over (before I forgot to tell you, she is a supervisor ESPECIALLY for the garage...so I don't need to mention what her tasks are)she came straight away to him and said "Oh I didn't know it's busy today" and then she continued asking, "What happen to that fuel stand there? Is that not working? Why no customer using it?" my fiance was like ??????????????????????? then he said, "what, it's been broken for 3 and a half months now, and you didn't know??"......................To me, what a very very disappointing supervisor! Sorry if my English not very good :)

Your English is quite good. Dear me, that's almost the same experience as what I have! He is a supid man and saying he is kind to everybody. He does some kind thing just to prove he's kind, but only small things. When there is anything wrong he will protect himself, and blame me. My the other workmate is doing the same thing to me, because she knows she can take advantage of me when I am down. She actually had tears in her eyes when she knew that I was sacked. My supervisor is a dam evil man.

never a workmate maybe a classmates or friends which other people think she is my best friend. When in fact she is just a seatmate so other think were so close maybe i could treat her as friends but not to the definition of real friends. Since a real friend is their to care and advice when you are down. Unlike the fair weather friend who only there beside you when they need something acting like a leech sucking you till the last drops of your energy. Your story is nice and only proves you have a lot of patience staying on the job where your boss is something you hate in secret but you could not really express what you like or else you endanger your job.
