I was discriminated at work.

Data base is my daily job, and I have been working it for a year. And I was told to write the task and repeat it say it via the phone, report it to my colleague. That's a simplest thing in database, and I feel I was discriminated, and treated like an idiot regardless what I have archived for my company.

IF it really bothers you that much try to speak to your manager, if things keep getting out of hand do some research on what you could if you feel you are being discriminated.
