How The Easiest Way To Get Visitor To Our Blog??

I have couple blog, but the visitor are so low.How do I get free and easy visitor for it??

Did you learn basic SEO in order to make sure that the search engines find your blog? If not, I would start there. If you are visible in the search engines, you get a lot of visitors for free. If you are not familiar with SEO, there are several tutorials online that you can read to learn the basics.
You should also visit other blogs and comment on theirs, and maybe even ask for a link exchange? Then they will probably visit your blog and maybe even link to it, which of course means more visitors!

Start by reading a guide about SEO keywords, this is what you need to focus on right now. There are several other things that would be useful for you to know also, but you can learn them later on. So read about keywords and how to use them on a site and people will start finding your blog through search engines!
