already get limited 2 accounts and so many ar getting limited constantly any right solution here?

I have also heared that so many paypal users are get limiting constantly and even some of my friends also get limited recently.I have two sugesstions to you is creating a paypal account without using proxy and never login with proxy.One more thing is you should never use ur paypal in wrong way of purchasing or selling
