clixsense tool bar stopped blinking ???

My clixsense tool bar used to infrom me the arrival of new ads with a blinking message "you have 2 clixs" .Since last evening the blinking messages stopped coming.Instead they introduced static display showing clix ads available and the balance amount.I think this change is good for the members.
