how to improve my verbal english?

Dear mylotters, Fluent english is very important to my daily business. As to a chinese, English reading is easiest for me, a dumb english person. As to written english improvment, i may acquire it by giving comments on mylot and communicating with others in english. And regarding english learning, i think watching english movies or english series is a good way to improve english learning. Then go to the point. How to improve verbal english? You may suggest that i should communicate with English speaking persons to improve it. But how to realize it, as my verbal english is very poor and less foreigns from english speaking countries would like to chat with me without any exchanging. I just want to share my thought and hope to get good practical suggestion. Thanks for your time to review the topic.
