Pregnant with ADHD medication like Ritaline or Concerta?

Hi all! I was wondering, I became pregnant 2 years ago and had quitted my Concert (which is an ADHD medicine) a few weeks before I became pregnant. As my doctor advised me to not take this medicine, I followed his advice. But is there anyone out there who did get pregnant while on ADD/ADHD medication? Or on any other medication for that matter? Just wondering about this all week, hope to hear from you all, mum's (to be?) Love, Nina
