I want to know whether facebook pay Us any really money for playing games there and buying and selling pets there.Whenever I see my profile and friends to sell section they say tat i have that much cash, can i really change that cash in to reall cash. can anybody guide me please

No, Facebook games are just that - games.
You're dealing with virtual money that you haven't invested any real world cash into, so it's worthless outside of the Facebook game.
