The word self control means a lot. in some areas i have no self control. I have no self control in eating, sleeping and wasting time. But i am bleased with a self control in using words. I count my words before speaking. I speak a little but smile. i never gosip. Now you. In which area you have self control.

That is a great trait- in the sense by having a control over the use of words. That you don't gossip. I am reasonably controlled about expressing my opinions. I will take care of people's feelings when wanting to express harsh things. But at my job I will have to resort to being blunt.I tend to overeat if I have tasty sweets. Though I need to keep a check on them.

I have self control when it comes to areas that I think are serious, such as school and studies or work. But less important things, such as getting up on time in the morning and not snacking between meals, are harder to control for me, I guess because I don't take these things seriously or care about them.

This is only my openion: Geting up on time, taking snack are not less important thisgs. i also do the same but, i consider them not as less important things. if you have control on them also, you can gain more internal power. When i was small i was so powerful. but now i am feeling that i am less powerful because of my carelessness.
