As a student, or when you were still a student, what's your view on studying, is it a positive thing for you or a stressor?

It was a stressor. It really caused me so much stress because we were so time pressured and we had more exams, tests, projects and reports compared to other courses. In fact, it was so traumatic for me and now I am afraid to go back to school.

Well, for me it has always been a stressor as I was never really good at Tests and such. Many times if you could ask me something in person I could share the knowledge with you to where I could a lot of times pass the Test, but for some reason if it was to be done on paper I usually freeze and want to give up. I guess in a lot of ways that is why I tend to be one who likes to develop things on my own, and create New business ideals, etc. instead of wanting to work for someone else as well.

I believe that it likes to study nobody, especially in the school and in the secondary one, but with the passage of time one is learning that without studies is very difficult to confront the life.

it's not like i like studying but we can't do anything with our student life if we don't do it... sometimes, rarely i study because i'm so bored that i can't think of doing anything but just that ^___^ the good point is if you study or read your lessons there's a high chance of answering tests unless you're a genius or have some amazing learning ability then you don't need it

Hi pinoyblogger, I had great interest to learn almost all the subjects during my primary school days. I don't know why I had lost interest in certain subjects while I was in middle school. might be there were lots of other interesting activities that kept me busy with. I was no longer paying full concentration in all the subjects then. Yeah, I tried to accomplish my assignments earlier so that I could have considerable time to indulge in activities which interested me most I like learning things which I have great interest. At the moment I spend most of my spare time reading and writing posts here. It's wonderful that this forum is the best place for me to acquire new info and knowledge. I'm glad that I have the opportunity to study and enhance my foreign language by writing posts here frequently. Thanks for the advanced technology. Nowadays, having a pc and wifi service we could study informally whatever we love conveniently for whole life long Happy posting!

I do enjoy being a student. I enjoy learning about the subjects that I'm interested in. Yes, it's a lot of work and, at times, stressful, but it's still something that I have fun doing. I'm definitely having a good time at university. Although I'm looking forward to being able to work and things like that, I think that I'm still going to miss some of the good times that I've had.

Study is the best thing in my life. Without study, maybe I can't use computer. Hehehe. Study is very important to know more knowledge and to build our ability. So, I think... I like study.

We learn in whole life. Learn doesn't mean that we sit down, calm and listen to the teacher. Neither do read textbook only. We learn anything since we are born in this world. When we are a baby, we learn to eat, stand up walk and talk. When we grow up, we learn to socialize with others. In study about knowledge, there are formal and informal place to study. Learn is a process and perhaps we don't realize that. In mylot, we learn how to share our thought, express our thought, learn to appreciate the others, and even, most of us including me, we learn to improve our English here. For me, study is ever after.

If you're not interested with the subject, then it will definitely stress you, but if you are very interested, then studying is like a fresh breeze of air you will welcome in your daily activities. I like studying. It keeps my mind alert and healthy, makes me conversant in a wide range of topics and it keeps me away from Alzheimer's disease. But when I was a student, taking up a course I really don't like, I'm studying for the sole purpose of finishing my degree, I was definitely not having fun. If you have the right attitude in studying, no doubt you'll get grades. Just make you keep your interest rates (of your subjects) at the highest level. Good luck.

Yes, I have always enjoyed studying, both as a child and teenager and now as an adult. I went to University and studied until I was 21, then I quit to look after my baby. I am starting studying again later this year though, at the age of 40.

It has been a really long time since I was at school but I did some studying four years ago when I decided to do a freelance journalism course. It was hard because of all my other life commitments such as working and taking care of a family. It made me realise how easy I had it when I was a student at school because then all I had to worry about in my life was learning and studying without too many distractions. Another difference between then and now is that this time I was studying something I was passionate about whereas at school I did not necessarily like every subject I had to learn. All in all I think if you are studying something you enjoy it is much less stressful although exams are a killer for me!

Studying can give you stress no doubt, but only if you take the pressure. Never study at the last moment. Because that will add too much of stress to your life. I have gone through a lot of stress though because i have always found myself studying at the last moment. Studying is always good as you are updated with knowledge and Knowledge is a treasure that no one can steal.

Hi pinoy blogger: When I was a student, I remember that I love to study. I thought just as I do know, that when you study you become a better professional so you are doing something really good for youself. It's good to have more knowledges and this gives you more arguments. I have a lot of respect for my teachers. Thanks for asking us this question. Have a nice day. ALVARO

I like to read but not study, study is something comes with some obligation like passing examination. I read newspaper and many other things online but that is at per my wish. Study if I understand correct is about reading and gaining some certificates. I love to read instead of study
