Mexican's get jobs, why not us?

California jobs are going to hispanic's more and more, some business simply employ them or at least 90% of their employees are them. At some point we need to face the facts about the situation. Everywhere I go to apply I see who? Mexicans,and I can't help but get a little frustraited. I'm not racist, and that fact actually makes me appoint this disscussion. No one race should dominate like this, and if it were any other race we would be able to see that. Instead most of us pass by, and accept the obscure reality. I don't! For any other job seeker living in California, do you notice what I'm talking about? Is it ever acceptable to hire based on race? What action can be done to equalize the job market? Should'nt other races get employed to? Expand... and you can be honest.
