Nintendo recently shown product of the Nintendo 3DS shows off the first ever 3D screen on a handheld device and doesn't require glasses. I think this is a new revolution in gaming not only because its in 3D but also because you don't require glasses. a huge inconvenience with all these upcoming 3D tv's is that you have to wear those crazy glasses to watch anything. If we could some how get 3D graphics without glasses the viewing experience of everything would be amazing. what do you guys think

I knew about the new nintendo 3ds in an article about the last E3. I think that it is cool for the company of videogames to start making games in 3D, because now that seems to be very popular. I like the feature that the console doesn´t need glasses, I wouldn´t like just to arrive home and them have to wear those things when I just want some time to relax and play videogames, but I just hope that this new Nintendo DS is not so expensive as the DSi XL.

That's really a great enhancement to an already great hand-held gaming device. But when will 3D game came out? Are they always going to release games in both 3D and non-3D? If yes then its possible that game price will increase. It really doesn't matter to me if its not it 3D as long as its enjoyable. But let's see first. I'll need to see a demo myself.

wow! thats good news! cant wait to have it! im gooling it right now, do you have any idea how much will it cost? how about the old games, are they gonna look 3d too? how about the 3d movies, can it be played there so many questions. anticipation is rising. anyway, you are right about the 3d tv, its just annoying to wear glasses while watching 3d movies. i wonder when will they make a 3d tv w/o the need for glasses? if nintendo can make it on their DS, surely the tv manufacturers will copy it. cant wait!

Nintendo are geniuses to introduce this as the next iteration of the Nintendo Dual Screen handheld console. I believe the kind of 3D they put into it only works for handheld-like devices because you can easily move around the angle of your head's perspective by moving, which is detected by the inner camera to adjust your "3D view." Unlike TV's and projectors which don't move around, which is why you need glasses to trick your eyes into seeing 3D. I am not a fan of the uneven screen sizes though, games you "touch" directly will not be as big as the 3D one at the top. Also NOT a fan of the single "analog nub." As a lefty, I am worried about the AAA games that I would not be able to play properly just because they were designed for righties first. In that regard, they haven't learned from the PSP at all. I think I would not be an early adopter of the 3DS, cause there are still a ton of awesome DS games anyway!
