C-Sat... Satisfies everyone... Wonderful...

Hello Buddies... I am truly on the way to become a 'Workaholic', I believe... In the last discussion, I wrote that I really have started loving my work... And I really am! Because of that, I work with tact, diplomacy and happiness.. .And seems as if, it has started paying... :)
In our industry, we have this word 'C-Sat', which means everything to everyone in the office... C-Sat stands for 100% Customer Satisfaction... Every Customer Care Officer is eager to get these C-Sats.. As I am still in 'On Job Training', I hadn't imagined that I would get a C Sat and make them happy about me... Oh, but I did get!!!
Not just one... I got three C-Sats last week... Imagine, 3 people gave me 100% credit for handling their queries successfully and before they hung up, they felt sure that I was there to take care of things... My Boss, my seniors are happy with me... The customers are happy with me... And hence, I am happy with myself and my work... :) C-Sat really satisfies everyone... I am going to do my best to do my best when I talk to the customers and am going to do better than this... Feel proud of myself!!!

It's great to hear that you have started loving your job. Not many speak so, b'coz not everyone love their job, they just do it for the sake of doin.. that's it!
As far as C-Sat is considered...it's always great to get C-Sats..
All the best man... you are sure to get a gud appraisal.. :)

congrats! you are really lucky to get three c-sats. Perhaps you deserve them. Keep up your good work, as it appears you enjoy your job, that is the best reward you can get.

Hi Subhadra... Thanks for sharing.. .I think you know about C-Sats... So you appreciate the value of this success.. Yes, that is the best reward for my hard work... I am ready to work more and a lot more... LOL... I am becoming Workaholic now...

This is really a great new because rarely do we find people loving their jobs so much, well if one is happy with the tasks given and the satisfaction received then I believe it becomes fun also to work in such an atmosphere. I was working and I quit the job because I had to pay full attention to my studies now I am searching for another job as my exams are nearly over and I think and hope I might get a good job too.

Oh yes... I love this work Med... It is wonderful... I get calls from people who are in trouble, who need help... And I do my best... If I don't know what to do, I contact my help desk... If they don't know, I contact with my Supervisor... I work for a leading Airlines Customer Care... And it is wonderful job...
I am sure you'll get a great job too... Loving what you do is the key!!! Thanks for sharing... Have fun!

Hi Jotomy... Thanks for sharing.. Oh yes, they are all happy, because I have just finished training... It is the 'on job training' phase... Which means, I have started working under supervision... Getting C-Sat in this phase is really wonderful and makes me feel good... :) I really love my job...
