What are some good and efficient ways to get more referrals without spamming?

My only real method for referrals is my website. I created a website with a blog that shows all of the sites I participate in, tells a little about them and then my blog keeps track of how much I earn on each site, each month. I would say start a blog, add some referral links in your profile, and when people are looking for good programs tell them to look at your profile, and to look at your programs that you have. Another great way is through manual surf exchanges. I highly recommend manual surfs, some of them even pay us while we are surfing and making credits. I have been doing this for years. My best referral tool is my own domain website/blog. This is where I showcase myself and all of my paying programs. I just opened up a online earning forum, which gives members a place to promote their own sites.

You must make a blog and put your blog on traffic sites. Microjobs sites are other way for referrals. good luck
