We all have music we listen to, from betoven to Metallica. Which songs do you listen to most to get you motivated to work out, do well in a game, or study? What helps you get ready for your awesome studying montages, where you stay up all night studying and ace the exam the next day?

Several years ago when I was still studying, I listened to Collective Soul. It helped me prepare for the exam the next day. These days, at work, I listen to violin.

The all time best montage song, which is very cliche, would have to be "Push it to the limit", made popular by the movie Scarface.

If I have to study or concentrate on brain work, classical music is always what I choose...or something else that I like as background and doesn't demand my attention too much. Enya comes to mind but I also can listen to old 60s folk music like Gordon Lightfoot, PP&M or even John Denver. These are styles that I can tune out but still have the caress of music by. Working out, I need some hard-hitting tunes, Eye of the Tiger comes to mind. One time I was out walking and had my headphones on and the songs that really got me going were "Let's Hear it for the Boy" from Footloose and "Makin' It" by David Naughton. I also find Hamster Dance gets me going. Anything upbeat and light with a good rhythm.

Well, since I've never watched South Park and never want to, I'm not familiar with that music. I'll let you have it, though. heehee
