Juice or Fruit?

Is it better to take juice or take the fruit? What do you think? If juice which juice is better which you make yourself at home or company make packet juice. I have heard its better to take fruit than the juice for a normal person. If you want to drink fruit juice make it at your home. What would you say?

Fruit is better as juice is more concentrated and if you are dieting you should limit it. But juice is a great way of getting people who won't eat fruit to get their daily fruit allowance. However nutritionally the best alternative is to eat a piece of fruit and have a drink of water.

I prefer to eat the fruit rather than drink it, but it is better to eat fruit, as you get more essential goodness and vitamins from them. Fruit juice can be used as a quick need for something, or you could use fresh fruit and make your own juice which I have also done, as well as adding a few veg to the juice I make for added goodness, which is great fro the kids as well since they have no idea about it, they just think it is fruit juice!

I think it is better to take the fruit because it contains all the healthy elements. But not everybody likes to eat the fruits, so some of them prefer to drink juice much more. I also admit the juice tastes better. But natural thing is the best. And of course home-made juice is better because they won't be added any chemical elements. The company juice will add something inside, so it will taste sweeter and it won't go bad in a short time. Now you can see which is the best. I love China

If you make juice at home, it is as good as fruit. If not, it is better to take fruit. Because the fruit is more nutritious and fresh. In the restaurant or other drink shop, the juice is mixed with much water and with little fruit. So, if you can not do juice at home, take fruit for better

The fruit is better for its fibres, though I take juice more often for convenience, but just the freshly squeezed ones. Occasionally I would drink packet juice but sometimes it taste quite artificial so I don't really trust it. It would be nice to have home-maked fruit juice everyday.
