job hopping! yes or no?!

I really want to quit my job recently, especially today.
Today, we've had a general meeting, and my boss wanted to add lots of task on me but without a raise or bonus!
She always thought she'd paid a lot already, but she didn't.
I don't know what to do now? For me, I do want to quit my job right now, but it's not easy to get a new job at the meantime.
could you give me some suggestion?

That's really a problem because you really deserve a raise because of some additional tasks given to but considering job opportunities nowadays it's really hard to find a new one immediately.
