Looking for an SUV

Hi everyone. I'm looking to buy a reliable slightly used SUV in August. My job requires me to be there no matter what the weather so I need something good in snow but reasonably priced. I'm on a very limited budget. Any suggestions? Do you prefer a particular SUV as opposed to the rest?
