to travel- a reason to work

Aside from earning money to support my daily needs and save money for future use, one of the reasons why I am motivated to work is my lifelong dream to travel. I have never been out of my country and I am still hoping that one day I can see what's on the other side of the world.
As of now due to financial limitations I can just travel within my country as there are also lots of beautiful spots here and not to mention the pristine white sand beaches, I love to visit them all but pretty soon I can really see myself travelling around the world.
How about you? Are you also motivated to work so you can travel or do you have other reasons that motivates you to continue working?

Partly, I love the travel that I get from my work but the motivation I also have is the support needed by my family. Being the eldest, I am helping my parents send my sisters and brother to school. If I stop working, they would also stop school and it could affect their future.
Other reason is I used to enjoy my job and the things I am learning everyday. I also used to love my co-workers.

someone said once :"human is real human only when his on the road"
to travel is actually the only motivation for me to work:)
i adore visiting new places
an re-visiting those ones i liked most :)
by now i have been only around Europe, but my dream is to visit at least once all other continents - including Antarctica ;))
for now i'm also a little stuck here, but it is maybe for the best - i find so many beautiful places i never been before and i start to love my country more :)

I totally agree with you. You really can't enjoy life to the fullest if you won't travel and see the world. I also appreciate the beauty of my country but I really hope that someday I will also be able to travel around the world specially Europe. Good for you that you are now travelling around Europe. I bet you are having the time of your life.

i am too. same sentiments :)
sometimes, i prefer to stay in a particular work because such work entails travel.
