login problem!!

Hi guys, anyone out there who can tell me why whenever i am to login in my account, i cant login coz i am prompted with this type of message : "MULTIPLE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN LOGGING IN" or "ANOTHER USER HAS BEEN USING THIS IP" whenever i view some ads in PTC sites that i join i sometimes encounter this error "ANOTHER USER USING THIS IP HAS ALREADY VIEW THE AD WITH IN THE PAST 24 HOURS". This things really got me confuse for i am the sole user of my computer. how is this possible? am i being hacked? comments pls.....

did u already try to delete your cookies history in browser u?
