What is the best Blog you ever used

I've used many Blogs: sina, blogbus,sohu... unfortunately, I didn't stick to any of them.Now I am looking for a Blog that is visually appealing, functional and popular. I know that people have different definitions about aesthetic and functions, but I really need everybody's opinion. Please tell me what is the best Blog you ever used, your suggestions will really help me, THANKS!!

Blogspot is really really easy and simple to use. The blog is also simple so it doesn't confuses people.
Wordpress is very powerful, you can add plugins into it, but it's a bit complicated.
Now it's up to you, which one do you prefer? I recommend Blogspot though :)

not strictly blogs only but I'm using both weebly and webs.com - both have nice layouts. I find both work very well for the purposes i'm using them for. I always find blogs as part of websites much more appealing than strictly blogs only. Both that's just my thoughts!
