What can you say about divorce and remarry?

What are the biblical grounds for divorce and remarry? How come in the old testament God allows divorce and remarry but in the new testament God is strict on divorce? What does Judaism teaches on grounds for divorce and remarry?

Divorce was allowed in the old testament because of the adulterous acts of Israel, but, it in the new testament, whoever put away his wife for another committed adultery, but, it was not stated that if a man commits adultery, his wife will be able to divorce him because what God put a man and a woman together, let no person separate them.

All i have to say is that its against the bible. marry once only, stick to that person. make sure they are the right one for you.
